The Journey

This itinerary begins with a two-night stay in the Kalahari Desert offering not only game viewing but an opportunity to interact with the local Bushmen whose way of life has remained unchanged for centuries. Day 1 – 3 - Edo’s Camp, Central Kalahari

Itinerary
On arrival in Johannesburg, take a connecting flight to Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. On arrival in Maun, you will be met and transferred by light aircraft to Edo’s Camp in the Central Kalahari for a two-night stay. Activities here include exploring this fascinating region on game drives and walks as well as interacting with the local San Bushmen.

Edo's Camp is situated in the Central Kalahari area of Botswana with eight Meru-style tents. Unique activities at Edo’s range from tracking white rhino on foot to game drives in a 4x4 vehicles. A visit to a San Bushman village is another highlight of any stay at Edo’s.

Day 3 – 6 - Kanana Camp, Okavango Delta

Itinerary
This morning, you will be flown by light aircraft to Kanana Camp in the Greater Okavango Region for a three-night stay on safari. Activities here include game drives, walking safaris and mokoro excursions.

Kanana Camp is located in the remote inner reaches of the Okavango Delta. Accommodating a maximum of 16 people in luxury tents, Kanana offers great walking and Mokoro activities as well as game drives. The camp is one of the only Delta camps to have an exclusive heronry.

Day 6 – 9 - Shinde Camp, Okavango Delta

Itinerary
Today, you will be flown to Shinde Camp for a three-night stay on safari. Spend your days exploring this beautiful region on game drives and walks, all from the comfort of this luxurious camp.
