General information

Robin's House lies on the edge of Nkwali Camp. Recently renovated, this private house is ideal for families, honeymooners and guests looking for a little privacy. Set apart from the camp, on the banks of the Luangwa River, Robin's House has an amazing view of the river and the animals that come down to drink.

This two bedroom house has been built underneath a grove of large trees and is well shaded. The large windows allow light to flood in. There is a private kitchen and chef, along with a valet, so meals can be served where and when you like. This is particularly important for families with children. You also have the benefit of a private guide and safari vehicle for the game viewing activities.

Robin's House accommodates up to 5 adults, more with smaller children. The house is considered to be a luxury getaway and every room has a very large en-suite bathroom.

The house is open all year and private safaris - walking, drives, night drives - are available.

Location

Robin's House is located on the Luangwa river bank at Nkwali Camp in the South Luangwa region of Zambia.

Activities

Activities at Robin's include game drives in open safari vehicles. Both day and night drives are conducted with a professional ranger. South Luangwa game walks, considered by many to be the best in Southern Africa, are led by a qualified guide and accompanied by an armed game scout and offer an even more intimate bush experience.

Rooms

There are two luxury bedrooms (a double and a triple), each with its own bathroom, and a central sitting room and dining room. All the rooms have wonderful views.

South Luangwa

Experts have dubbed South Luangwa as one of the greatest wildlife sanctuaries in the world, and not without reason. The concentration of game around the Luangwa River and it’s ox bow lagoons is among the most intense in Africa.
