General Information

The Kagga Kamma Nature Reserve is nestled in the scenic Cederberg Mountains in the Western Cape of South Africa.

This unique reserve offers memorable experiences while preserving the natural environment. Kagga Kamma is home to an array of bird species and wild animals including Burchell’s Zebra, Jackal, Lynx, Caracal and Leopard. One the reserve’s most unique attractions are the Bushmen rock art which tell stories that are thousands of years old. Guests can feed their adventurous spirit with a range of activities and excursions including mountain biking, hiking, quad bike safaris, and a reptile educational. Bushmen Lodge offers a choice of 5 spacious Hut Suites and 10 unique Cave Suites. There is also the option to spend a night under the stars in one of the Open Air Rooms, with a beautiful romantic setting.
